Effective September 2, 2026. This notice explains how APLS handles information when you visit our website or contact the school.
If you call, email, book a tour, or submit an application, you provide information directly to APLS or to the service handling that action. This may include contact details and information needed to respond to your request. Do not put private family or child information in a website URL or in the Ask APLS quick-answer tool.
With your permission, APLS uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website activity and which outreach leads families to useful enrollment resources. Analytics may collect page paths, general device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, and actions such as tour, application, phone, email, and document-link clicks.
After you allow analytics, Google Signals and advertising-personalization features may be used for aggregate reporting and future campaign audiences. APLS does not use User-ID or Google Analytics user-provided-data collection, and does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, child information, application details, booking details, chat questions, or other personal information to Google Analytics.
Event-level Analytics data is retained for 14 months. APLS currently keeps Google’s optional account-level data-sharing settings turned off.
The first notice offers Accept analytics and Cookie settings. Analytics stays off unless you affirmatively allow it. Necessary website features, including browsing, calling, emailing, and tour booking, continue to work when analytics is off.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. Use the Cookie settings button at the lower-left corner of any page to change it. Clearing your browser storage also clears the saved choice.
The website links to or embeds services operated by other organizations, including Cal.com for tour scheduling, Google Maps, social platforms, and document or application resources. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. APLS does not treat a link click as a completed booking, call, email, or application.
This public website is designed for parents and caregivers. APLS does not intentionally use website analytics to profile children. Information required for admission or school operations is handled through the applicable application or school process, not through Google Analytics.
Access to APLS analytics is limited to authorized administrators. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
